Quantifying Experience for the Marketing Discipline: A Self-Assessment Tool That Benefits Students, Employers, and Academic Institutions
Thesis
In my undergraduate, I was able to research how marketing can quantify experience to ultimately benefit new college graduates. I was able to attend and present at a national conference.
Strategy
During my time at the Digital Marketing Clinic, I found a major gap in the strategy moving forward. There was no core values that held our initiative together. A well-crafted value proposition immediately communicates what makes your company different and why that difference matters to your target audience. It also holds all employees to the same message and direction.
Capstone (Summer 2025)
Over the course of my summer internship at Plexus Corp., I had the opportunity to perform social media analysis, complete all the steps in the content creation process, and educate others on algorithms/research.
Report
This project explores the website of a small business and how they can optimize the key measures of SEO on their website. For this report, I selected a landing page within the website and discussed how to optimize keywords, URL, title tag, header tag, main content, ALT text, anchor text, and the META description.
